KHICHURI ATTENTION>>>>>>>
Pathfinder hoping to appear on television with me as a food-taster! Lol.
But the problem is that those professional ‘cooker’(oooppsss cook!) follow formula to cook.
Ami kono formular moddhe nai. That’s why I prefer to cook khichuri.
Matro ei koidin agey shunlam j garlic is not used in cooking fish-jhol.!!!sorry to confess!
But ami vabsilam,jodi konodin machher jhol radhte boshi,garlic is a must.All along I understood that garlic is god for heart and it’s a must for any curry!
So,this is my dour upto rannaghor!!!!
Rannaghor er kotha jokhon uthlo,ekta experience ki jibone vulte pari?
I made some potato-chop once when my mom was not at home,a guest visited us for evening tea. I thought of adding some ‘home-cooked’food (uh ah eh!) with usual snacks bought from shop!
So, so-called ‘home-cooked food’ was decided to be the easiest recipe with aloo and eggs. Potatoes were boiled and left like that few hours before..not realizing its fate!
(People learn things hard way,so,today I learn the valuable lesson that after boiling potato,throw away water immediately!)
When I tried to mash the poatato to make into shape before frying,it wasn’t sticking together.
So I decided to add some flour for ‘glue-effect’!
By the time it got some-how into shape,enough flour had its share on it!
It looked good enough when fried!!!!!!
The guest had only bite.
Then with repeated requests he had several more bites and finished 2 pieces!!! Not to mention that he said,’khub valo hoyeche’, with every bite!!!!!!!
lollllllllllll.
Ekei bole “onurodh e dheki gela” mone hoy.
Bangla vashar ki oshadharon meaning at appropriate place!
After guest left,my brother had a bite and said,’yaakkk’…
Then I had the same to find the truth…surrounded by a beautifully shaped and good-looking alur ball that’s called ‘alur chop’,inside was full of ‘Uncooked Ata’!!!!!!!!!!

BLOG FOR A EFFECT>>>>>>>>
Blogging has its vast meaning n ways to express.
we often find people r politically or personally attacking certain figures they r antagonist about.
eventually those bloggers get identified n condemned.
and, often an envious environment gets worse around them,though the blog would have started just to vent out for the moment.
This kind of blogging is totally one-way traffic n often cause psychological damage to the blogger itself.
Negativity never bring solution.One beautiful thing about blog is,we say our mind the way we feel n our persona reflects our expression!
Its great to see a respond,on own blog,getting new friends,who bring similar moments like own family members.
It doesnt make any difference as whatever name we choose to take as a blogger,just for the fun of it, our friends still know us as fun-loving harmless souls!We dont have to fear of what we say,becoz we say things for effect...for the fun of it..in bdbangla we r not really a blogger,we donot even qualify to go near of whats meant of a real blogger.lolll.
should i say we just 'blurp'?

Okhane boshe IKEA-r goppo jure diyechilam. Shobai ghordor shajasse,r ami chup kore thakte parina,mukhe naholeo mone amar ‘khoi’ fote go.

IKEA-r kotha adday bole ashlam for those who’r not aware about its history..lol.
Kisu kisu funny n mojar jinish/name,we can always find in every corner of our surroundings. Like, ‘ a picture is worth a thousand words’,that says in Art Gallery.
Some short slogans in ad/signboards also khub interesting.
Ekta-duita example,”Your Dreams,Our Vision”…”You challenge,We Respond.”
Ohh, recently I was at a mall postoffice,while waiting for my turn for biznes,my roving eyes found a nearby reflexology outlet( they r called chiropractor?)
…signboard on its name …
“MY FOOT”…lollllllllllll

Then,another one in somewhere else,it is a restaurant…”Mamma Chicken_Papa Grill”.
